Hi! I'm Angela Martin


Real estate is a powerful thing. Where you live becomes the center of your universe: your "home base" and a place where memories are made. As an Atlanta native and seasoned real estate professional, I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations by continuing to leverage my know-how and experience. I am proud of my reputation for excellent negotiation and communication skills, cutting-edge marketing, and invaluable connections.


Prior to entering real estate, I served my country in the United States Air Force experiencing numerous countries and cultures around the world. Those experiences instilled in me the discipline it takes to be successful. You can lean on me to guide you through the real estate process - I am here to keep the process fluid and as low-stress as possible for buyers, sellers, and investors by focusing my strategy on individual style, needs, and budget.


Before launching my real estate firm, Cocoon Real Estate Consultants, I started my real estate career with RE/MAX where I remained for 18 years. I always knew that I wanted to chart a path helping others and found my true calling in real estate, serving my clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives. I built a solid foundation of clients in the Atlanta area through professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put my client's needs first. Think of me as your local concierge. If I don't know the answer, I will find it.


When not in the office you'll often find me hanging out at the beach, visiting theme parks or volunteering in the community. I love spending time with family and friends, including four fur babies (two Boston Terriers, a Rhodesian Ridgeback and a Siamese cat). I also love languages (help me practice my French and Spanish!)
